Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of HP Laptop Service Center, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Agreement

When you submit your device for repair, you agree to the following:

  • You are the legal owner of the device or have authorization from the owner to seek repairs.
  • You understand that data loss may occur during repairs and are responsible for backing up your data.
  • You authorize our technicians to perform diagnostic tests and necessary repairs.
  • You agree to pay for all services rendered and parts replaced.

Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the best service possible, there are certain limitations to our services:

Device Condition

We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that:

  • Are damaged beyond repair
  • Contain hazardous materials or components
  • Have been previously repaired by unauthorized technicians
  • Show evidence of liquid damage, corrosion, or physical abuse

Data Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss during the repair process
  • Software or operating system issues unrelated to the repair
  • Data recovery services unless specifically agreed upon

Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before submitting devices for repair.

Payment Terms

All services require payment as follows:

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI Payments
  • Bank Transfers

Payment Schedule

  • Diagnostic fees are due at the time of service initiation
  • Full payment is required before releasing repaired devices
  • Deposits may be required for expensive parts or extensive repairs

Warranty Information

Our warranty covers the following:

Warranty Period

  • Labor warranty: 90 days from repair completion
  • Parts warranty: As per manufacturer specifications (minimum 90 days)
  • Warranty applies only to the original repair and replaced parts

Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Devices serviced by unauthorized technicians
  • Consumable items like batteries with normal wear and tear

Liability

HP Laptop Service Center's liability is limited to the cost of repairs performed. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damage to peripheral devices or accessories
